Flag/rule for a document upload

Our applications have an option in the "document upload" section where people can upload "NJ SAME documents only". Our issue is that people are uploading documentation here but we are not aware. Is there a way that we can set up something where the HR Rep receives an email when someone uploads a document in this section? I also wanted to see if there was a way we could add a flag when someone uploads it. I was told that it is not possible to apply a "rule" to a document upload section.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

To be notified when someone uploads a document indicating that they are part of a program

    Hello, thank you for your idea. We have a method in the system to achieve this outcome. Your Customer Success Manager will guide you through the recommended steps. In the meantime, we’ll mark this idea as not aligned.
