The ability to either have more settings in the review process for approvals, comments and visibility or to have more control of Final comments in the process settings such as Final Comments for Employee, Manager and 1Up Manager and you choose the ones that suit.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
To be able to add 1up mangers to the Performance Review process and launch and being able to control more than just the visibility but actions as well. Approvals can be managed through visibility but you cannot turn off the visibility of the final comments for Manager and 1Up Manager on the next steps page which is confusing for the users when the 1up manager is not active in approvals or any other stages of the process. |
