For superusers to be able to apply download controls in both permissions for users and also to individual reports.
To be able to track all who access reports and also those who download information via audit tracking logs.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
To be able to apply permissions/controls to users and reports in which reports can be downloaded as excel workbooks and which cannot. Also the ability to report on access to reports and data including downloads. This would be to support data security and controls and to ensure some data is not downloadable and stored in locations that would not be suitable as it is Personally Identifiable and likely considered restricted/secure data that would pose a large impact if this was leaked. |
Wanted to add on that in legacy reports, audit log tracking is available. Wanted to know why this is not replicated into enhanced reporting when the functionality was build?
