With Data Security being so on focus for all business, disabling the ability to download reports should be a permission group check box that can be defined. Even if all permissions are set as "Download Reports" "Yes" and we can (as System Admin) change some permission groups to "Download Reports "No" so they can only view from within the PageUP application, it would be ideal in helping maintain strict data governance principles.
This could be further enhanced by being able to flag specific reports as "downloadable" but the first update should be Download Reports Yes/No.
