Employees Search selections - make it easier to find values and be consistent with search

Be consistent and make any item that refers something that is a pick list actually selectable without having to manually try and type the value in manually

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Employee Search inconsistent - e.g. Search by Brand and you get the Brand pick list to select from. Search by Team and you get a raw text box - it should give you the Team pick list
