Enable the ability to add multiple attachments to a single note.
The current single file attachment and single recipient in the 'to' field is time-consuming and inefficient.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
I would like to be able to add multiple attachments to a single note and have the ability to use rich text formatting within my message so that I can add bullets, hyperlinks, etc. I'd also like to be able to type more than one recipient in the 'TO' field so that I don't have to constantly look up email addresses of other recipients and repeatedly type the entire email into the other recipients field. This is time-consuming and inefficient. |
Thank you for your idea. At present, we do not have plans to further develop the Notes feature, so we are considering this idea as not aligned with our current roadmap.
However, we will be conducting discovery sessions next quarter (October-November) focused on Convo/job cards and the 'raise job card from non-PD processes' initiative, which might address the business outcome you're aiming for. Although, it is too early to discuss release dates at this stage.
