Known issues - splash message when Creating docket or Online Chat

Have a message appear when creating a ticket or bringing up a chat window to display known issues. have an option to just add yourself to the existing dkt for advice when fixed

What business value are you trying to achieve?

reduce risk of bothering support when issue already known

saves having to manually look in known issues first

    No Problem John - maybe consider adding text to Chatbot guidance about have you checked?

    Same with Submit request page

    Currently, we're unable to offer a proactive notification of known issues to customers in the manner described. We'll evaluate offering the functionality at such time as it becomes available to use via our support platform.
