Display the title of the form to the candidates.
there any way that we could put a request for the form that is applied to a candidate to show the name of the form we have applied against them?
What we would like to see is the form stating:
Fitness for Work Declaration form
PPE form
Site Access form (etc)
Below is what is currently looks like, it’s just a little clunky and messy for the candidate:

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Display the title of the form to the candidates. We are trying to use PageUp more effectively to streamline our processes, as we are mining and engineering we have a lot of pre-employment checks. We are doing these manually outside of Pageup and/or attaching these forms (this is to be completed before them getting an official offer. however, we have hit a bit of a snag when it comes to candidate forms.
Is there any way that we could put a request for the form that is applied to a candidate to show the name of the form we have applied against them?
