Applicant Card history tabs are not accurately displaying records and timestamps.
After discussion with a PageUp representative, it was noted that timestamps record recruitment steps rather than applicant status names when transitioned. It would be better to display the applicant status name as the timestamp.
Representative also mentioned that when an applicant has an unsuccessful reason selected when transitioning their status, PageUp decides to show that reason code under the application submission timestamp. This seems to be an error, and should not record the unsuccessful reason code under the application submission record.
Representative also mentioned that "There are some things where the original entry is updated (Offer Status for example). When the Offer is accepted, the original note from when the offer was issued will say "Offer Accepted". So it will look like the offer was accepted at an earlier time if you are not aware of how that is processed."
That is quite concerning how timestamps that happened previously can be updated, so it can seem like things happened sooner than they actually did.
