To either exclude the Incomplete and Withdrawn applications in the total number of applications on the Dashboard OR distinguish between Total and those that are actually Complete.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
On the Dashboard next to each position, it lets you know the total number of applications and the number of new applications. It would be nice to know the actual number of applications that are complete as you would not view Incomplete or Withdrawn applications. |

showing "visible" vs "invisible" is not bad but you still need to know the headline total interest in your position
