What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
improve visibility and usability of generate selection report I have seen the proposed new job with activities down the left - ideally this would be one of the left hand options instead of being buried on Documents tab Can we get total number of applicants in all statuses? rather than against individual statuses e.g. XX number of applicants applied for the job is there any way to get a list of names of applicants in a particular status e.g. not shortlisted - "Shortlisted unsuccessful"? |
Hi John - the number of applicants who have applied to a position is pretty relevant to the selection report.

We've passed along your idea to the appropriate team regarding using flexible forms for selection report. However, about your idea to display the total number of applicants across all statuses, this doesn't currently align with the design of the selection report, which is tailored to capture applications exclusively at the panel stage.
