Currently we can assign a gender to titles eg. Mr = Male, Miss = Female, but there is only Male and Female available to assign.
We need to also report on non-binary, so would like the option to assign the title Mx with the gender of 'Non-binary' or 'X'.
Mr = Male
Miss/Ms/Mrs = Female
Mx = Non-Binary (or X)
Blank = Prefer not to say
