The dashboard is expected to function as an "at-a-glance" area to see important parts of the recruitment process all in once place. I am working to achieve the knowledge of which jobs are sourced and when they were posted by simply viewing the dashboard screen. Currently, a job can be approved, turn "green" and NOT be sourced because it requires an additional step to source. A "sourced" designation would eliminate the question.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Addition of the "sourced" column on the Dashboard. Just a little green dot next to the jobs that have been sourced (and maybe a little red one next to the ones that haven't) would work. I would like to see the jobs that are sourced (and not sourced) by viewing the dashboard. It would eliminate the issue of having to click down into a job to see if it has been sourced or avoid a specific search for that. Right now, I can remove the sourcing for a job and it will remain on the dashboard without any changes. I can have a job approved for posting and it will turn green, but if it hasn't been sourced (because that requires another step after the approvals), it would be very easy to tell. |
