Adding a PayScale Searchfield - in "manage PayScale's Area" might be a good idea if organisation have a large number of PayScale's to choose from. We could work more efficiently and effectively with no errors in updating Bulk PayScale's .

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
At this stage we have to manually go through almost 350 PayScale's to find what we are exactly looking for. By adding this search box in we could potentially save a lot of time and make no errors when updating or removing the PayScale from the system. |
this would be good - we have it for Pay Scale & Manage pay scale types - would provide consistency in this area
