Visual Indication of Completion

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
It would be great if Managers had a visual indicator on the performance homepage when a staff member has completed their portion of the appraisal without having to manually check or rely on email notification.
For example:
Joe Managers 45 people and has to complete all of their appraisals within 3 months. Joe works in a warehouse and does not have access to email.
When Joe logs into the system he can see who from his team of 45 has complete their appraisal and who has not. Joe doesn't need to open each appraisal and check them individually.
