What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
It would be great to have a section for Benchmarks that allows Admins to create a library of benchmarks for Managers to add into an appraisal for a specific role with the ability to manually add the figures and/or timeframe themselves. For example: Sarah's Manager selects the Pick Rate benchmark from the library for warehouse operators and the following template appears in the appraisal "Employee is able to pick __ pallets per __." Sarah's Manager updates the two fields so that the benchmark amends to read "Employee is able to pick 4 pallets per hour." in Sarah's appraisal.
