Transferring Appraisals

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
It would be helpful if a Manager was able to transfer an appraisal to another appraiser without having to contact an Admin to arrange.
For example:
Patrick manages a team of 45 operators in the warehouse. Patrick would like to distribute the 45 appraisal he needs to do between his 4 Line Managers on the floor. The operators do not report 1:1 to any of the Line Managers as they rotate on shifts.
Rather than having to send a list of who should have which appraisal to the administration team to manually change across, Patrick instead uses the transfer appraisal option to assign the appraisals for his operators out to the Line Managers. Making the Line Managers the 'Appraisers' without changing the Direct Leader/Manager who remains as Patrick.
