To have the 'automatically assign manager to the performance review' checkbox available when editing the review. This would allow us to reestablish the link between the employee's review and their actual manager from the integration so if the manager from the integration file changes they will receive the in-system notification to take ownership.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
If we manually assign the review manager when creating the performance review it breaks the link so any new managers who come through via an integration change don't receive the in-system notification asking them to take ownership of the review which] works great until we want to change the review manager back to the actual manager from the integration file. If we manually assign the review manager once we break the link so even if we reassign it to the actual manager later that link is broken so any future managers don't get the in-system notification. |
