Local government have an obligation to dispose of PII data as detailed on the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner's website, https://ovic.vic.gov.au/book/ipp-4-data-security/#IPP_4.2_Disposal_of_Data once it is no longer needed. Currently there is no way to delete PII uploaded documents or data held in PageUp tables, reporting based on date, job etc.
