To be able to hide the Development pieces of Performance when you do not use or have the learning module. Without the learning module development and tasks are not useable in performance but these still appear. You should be able to hide them.
Tasks and some areas of Dev can be hidden with CSM support but the Developement tab in the employee profiles cannot be removed. This is confusing to users that can see this as this tab makes not sense and cannot be used but also cannot be renamed or hidden.
