When downloading report from job card, include job title/number in file name

Add the job title, job number/ID, etc. to the file name of the downloaded report, if it has been downloaded from the job card.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Users who are managing multiple requisitions and downloading reports for each would like to be able to quickly distinguish which file/report pertains to which job.
