Fit2Work integration to support common special characters

Allow the integration to support common special characters within people's names.

OR

Allow regex on the personal details page such that we can prevent special character entry.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

To perform background checks on candidates whose name includes special characters. Such as the french accented e.

At the moment this will result in an error when it lands with Fit2Work.

    Given this request relates to Fit2Work data requirements not accommodating special characters, please discuss this with Fit2Work.

    In the meantime, we will explore what options we might be able to consider around validation options.
