The ability to view the full list of applicants without having to change the display and/or click to go to the next page. This will be helpful when bulk communicating, so you don't have to go to each page to send it to everyone at the same time. We have in the past had more than 100 applicants for a job, it's just easier to have them all listed instead of paging over.
