Provide recruiter the ability to create a unique name for the brief to make it easier to search for the form. Or add the job card number to the name to make it easier to search in the Recruitment Brief Library.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Recruiter can add multiple recruitment briefs to the same job card. The name is the same with each one created. The date created and modified is different. However, when selecting recruitment briefs from other forms it is difficult to tell each brief apart in the drop down. Also, this make it difficult for the admin superuser to manage the archived briefs in the Recruitment Library. |
Thank you for the feedback. Adding additional context to the recruitment brief library is an area of interest and aligned with our future direction.
In the short term, while the recruitment brief's title is automatically set to be the same as the job title it is possible to manually rename the brief to something that is unique or more meaningful for your users.
Additionally, if you create a new recruitment brief and want to leverage an existing related brief from a previous job, you can use the "Duplicate a previous form" option. This will include the Job Number at the start of each option to help you search for, identify and select the appropriate option.

Recruitment Briefs use the requisition (job card) title to name the brief. We have the same jobs posted for different locations. When admin goes to recruitment brief library to find a brief all of the naming will be exactly the same for those jobs with the same title. We would like to see the requisition # be assigned to the name or add a column for job card # so it is easier to search for the briefs in the library.
