What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
The drop-down menu within the "Discipline" section of the Education Profile on the application form does not include the option for "African Studies." This absence stands in contrast to the availability of options such as "Asian Studies," "American Studies," and "European Studies." This discrepancy has led to concerns expressed by applicants who question our organization's commitment to achieving equity, diversity, and inclusiveness in our recruitment processes. |
