Bulk remove applications

  1. Able to trigger or request a bulk removal of applications via Support request or a function within the ATS without a Scope of Works or additional cost, and / or

2. Able to configure a rule in the ATS that auto removes applications that meet the business' criteria. EG: Applications that have a 'Declined consent' application flag and are in a non-Current status for more than 30 days.


What business value are you trying to achieve?

Bulk remove applications that for applicants that have advised they do not give permission for the business to keep their details for this job on file if they are not progressed for the role.

Some applications by the same applicant may have given permission keep details, so we would not want to remove the entire applicant or all applications.
