What business value are you trying to achieve?
Would like the option to make the Offer Card read-only for certain permission groups after an applicant has accepted the offer. Today, our decentralized units have the ability to change the hire information in PageUp after the employee record has been created in the HRIS by our centralized HR unit. The data in PageUp and our source of truth (HRIS) is then out-of sync. We need a mechanism to mitigate this issue and believe that making offer details read-only after offer accepted will achieve this. Alternatively, offer details could be read-only when an applicant sits in a specific application status.
