If we could have the fields 'first name' and "last name' show up on the View Form on their Profile - this would then be obvious to a recruiter and we could ask the candidate to go in and change their profile details. But at the moment this is not the case.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
If a candidate accidentally puts their first and last name into just the "first name" field on their application the Flare form does not appear. |
