Of course, happy to give more info and we can have a phone chat if you like too if that is easier.
So we have a hiring manager complete a request for a job in another tool which follows approvals and one approved it automates the job creation in PageUp.
We have role charters which I would like to add into PageUp which gives details on more the position requirements vs the individual person that would be great to be applied to the template post created in the system.
So for example:
Auto Job Creation gives: Job Title, Tenure, Shift and specific site information for that role such as location or team details.
Template is then applied to populate: Role Capabilities and Skills and Certs for that position.

What I am understanding is that you are asking for the ability to use a job template to fill out some parts of a job card after it has been approved.
Is there a workflow reason why these fields would not be contained within the initial job templates?
