Can this be reviewed to allow these files to go through. Alternatively can the notification that appears provide a bit more context. When we see this it looks like the upload has failed and that is a concern. We then end up with multiple attachments of the same document as someone tries this again.
Converting each document to a PDF before we upload is additional administration on the team.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When a word document is attached to an applicant card with the required sensitivity labels (internal business requirement) there are issues with the PageUp virus scan and a big red corrupt file notification stays with the document. |
