When searching for active jobs, I'd like to be able to specify the Sub Department in my search. Currently, only the Department can be used to filter results. This leads to too many results (2300 jobs) instead of far fewer and more specific results (7 jobs).

Hi Jordan - thank you for submission. Sub-department is a support search field in Manage jobs per our Knowledge portal article - https://knowledgeportal.pageuppeople.com/hc/en-gb/articles/17126137491737-Searching#Manage_jobs_search_fields.
