New applications move straight to Search Committee Review

Often times, we aren't involved in the screening of applicants so we become the bottle neck to move applications forward. If the system were able to funnel applications straight to the Search Committee, it would speed up the review process, therefore, allowing the applicants to be seen faster.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Currently, New applications always create a notification on the Talent Partners dashboard. It would be nice if they could move straight to Search Committee Review, so we don't have to manually move them every time. Additionally, I would also like to see the notification on our dashboards become OPTIONAL, as we may not need the notification to know we have new applicants.

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea.

After careful consideration, we’ve reviewed your idea and, at this time, it is not aligned with our current product priorities. This is a highly niche use case and could likely be addressed through configuration. We've asked your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to collaborate with you on finding a solution.

Please know that your idea is not dismissed; it remains a part of our ideas database and may be reconsidered as our priorities evolve in the future.

We encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts and ideas with us. Your feedback is crucial as we strive to improve and grow.
