Currently you are unable to tick one of the three colored bulk action boxes when in a candidate card in card view, however you can do this from List view?
You can click out of the card, then tick the box, but it's not very user friendly.
I also have a lot of issues in general with selecting these boxes in card view. sometimes they tick, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they tick, then once I've opened and shut another candidates card, they've unticked themselves. Sometimes I hit escape and they don't 'untick' it doesn't seem like it's working exactly as it should?
