Manual movement to Interview declined or an unsuccessful status - remove any outstanding interview event from the applicants home screen for that job.
This would also prevent them from booking an interview they said they were not going to attend

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When an applicant messages the Contact Officer ( in lieu of declining the event) and say they will not be attending the interview the Contact Officer can change their status and acknowledge the applicant intent The event stays on the Applicants dashboard I want to remove the extra step required for the contact officer to delete the event |
