Application status amendments to align to profile

Limit the options relevant to the PageUP profile, this would avoid confusion for the contract/HR team.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

HI, I would like to amend the application status to ensure manager/recruitment/approvers are only seeing the options allowed to them, so we cannot have a manager move the application status to contract-offer made when the contract has not yet been completed
