Learning - Ability for Learners to change timeslots

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently for Learners to change which timeslot of an event-based learning activity they will be attending, they need to 'remove from development plan' then go back into the Learning Library and re-add themselves to the learning activity. Things pop up with other priority and thus Learners need to change times to better suit their calendars.
This is too labour intensive, and can simply updated with the option to change timeslots within either the learning activity or on their development plan.

The ability for an employee to reschedule instead of cancelling and re-booking would be much more user friendly.
The idea is in line with a potential future direction of the product. While not on the current roadmap, this idea will be taken into account as we look to develop similar areas of the system.
It really is too labor intensive for an employee who is just trying to learn.
