The ability for an employee to reschedule instead of cancelling and re-booking would be much more user friendly.
The idea is in line with a potential future direction of the product. While not on the current roadmap, this idea will be taken into account as we look to develop similar areas of the system.
It really is too labor intensive for an employee who is just trying to learn.
