Interview Event Bookings Needs to Automatically Include Owner

When a hiring manager creates an event booking and then creates the interview time slots they should automatically be added as the owner. They should not have to add their name as the owner in order for the interview to show up on their dashboard. Also, allow if someone creates the event booking and interview time slots on someone's behalf the owner should be editable so the interview shows up on the hiring manager's dashboard.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

When a hiring manager creates interview slots and invites the applicant they have to take an extra step and invite themselves as the Owner for each slot in order for the interview to show up on the hiring manager's dashboard.
