Is it possible to add the sourcing channel to the Job view?

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When creating a new enhanced report you have to select an area to view the available fields. The Job view allows you to report on all applicants and requisitions. This includes Source and Sub Source and if its been sourced as Y or N. However, it does not allow you to report on the requisition's sourcing channel such as internally vs externally. You have to recreate the report using the Job vs Sourcing View to get those fields. Then the only applications are only included via the Job Sourcing channel they hae submitted their application through. This may limit the total picture of all applications that express interests or where there are applicant bulk moves. |
