What business value are you trying to achieve?

We want to make sure all our messages address people by their preferred name. We can do this for team members (EMPLOYEEPREFNAME) but not the 'report to' person in the job card.

    This idea has already been addressed by recent upgrades to our ATS. You can find more details in the updates deployed in Phase 1 on August 2, 2023, and Phase 2 on October 4, 2023, which focused on displaying preferred names consistently throughout the admin interface.
