Learning - My Team - Organisational chart to list encumbered positions rather than vacant positions first

Change the sort order to show encumbered positions first

What business value are you trying to achieve?

When viewing the organisational chart in Learning, positions that do not have an assigned employee appear at the top. Managers need to scroll to the bottom to see direct reports

      Hi John

Thank you for requesting further information, and I apologise for the delay in responding. I have provided the following information to understand my request better.

      • Why is this issue a problem? Managers need to scroll to the bottom of the Organisational chart to see encumbered positions - I believe the list is currently sorted alphabetically, and all our encumbered positions start with a Z. This cannot be changed due to a recruitment process. To resolve, is it possible to have an option to sort the organisational chart alphabetically Z-A?

      • Which specific processes are impaired due to the lack of this? Viewing team members

      • Which users are impacted, and how does it affect them? It affects all managers, particularly those with a large number of direct reports.

      • What overall value would addressing this bring to your goals? Easier to view current team members.
