Anonymized Profiles feature should include application form

The feature would be more widely used by our hiring managers if the name and information was redacted on the application form.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

The recent feature of anonymized profiles seems to only work on the resume. The resume does have the name redacted. If you click on view application, you can see the applicant name and associated information.

I would like to see the name and associated information redacted on the application form.
Our hiring mangers use the view application over the view resume link. The application has the answers to specific questions and includes a copy of the resume at the bottom of the form. This is our preferred method of reviewing application materials.

It would also be great if the anonymized feature could be carried over for search committee member review.

It would also be nice if the anonymizing could be enabled until an application reaches a specific step in the recruitment process... for example, hide the candidate's name until they enter a "Schedule Phone Interview" status. When a chair moves the candidate into that status, that is when the system would un-hide the applicant's name.
