What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Within our business, our rating scale is focused on the verbal descriptors rather than showing ratings as a number/stars. The reason for this is that it allows the focus to be on the conversation rather than 3/5 stars.
The section types within a review support this approach using the slider hence it would be could to have this consistency on the Next Steps page.

Our institution doesn't use ratings either. It would also be nice if we could have the option to remove them from analytics and reporting.
