Search by answers to questions - make available on List & Card View

Please provide "Search by answers to questions" on List & Card View

What business value are you trying to achieve?

a key function is "Search by answers to questions".

Custom forms allow us to identify applicants that meet specific criteria - we need to be able to select a particular cohort of applicants that are identified by their application responses. Once they are identified you can start to use the new Search within resume.

Without Search by answers to application forms you are hobbling the platform's ability to identify applicants that meet your search criteria.

Search by question is essential to our business and the most important to us at the screening stage at HR and HM level. Having the search by answers to questions in the new view, would save so much time going back and forth and require less training for managers.

I totally agree with the above. Without search by answers to questions if the team were to use the APB they would have to toggle between the two. Recruiters are not going to do this.

On behalf of another client -

The customer will be using Job Specific Questions quite a lot and want to search on them without having to switch back and forth between manage applications and APB, unfortunately they are going to have to switch back and forth because they are also extensively using Interview Guides which creates quite a poor user experience.

On behalf of a client -
The customer does not want to recreate categories year on year to keep each set of interns or registrars preferred locations up to date.
Search by answers to questions allows them to do a search on the question and bulk apply based on the response.
The profile question doesn't suit as not all location host all roles that recruited for.
