I totally agree with the above. Without search by answers to questions if the team were to use the APB they would have to toggle between the two. Recruiters are not going to do this.
On behalf of another client -
The customer will be using Job Specific Questions quite a lot and want to search on them without having to switch back and forth between manage applications and APB, unfortunately they are going to have to switch back and forth because they are also extensively using Interview Guides which creates quite a poor user experience.

The customer does not want to recreate categories year on year to keep each set of interns or registrars preferred locations up to date.
Search by answers to questions allows them to do a search on the question and bulk apply based on the response.
The profile question doesn't suit as not all location host all roles that recruited for.
