What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
a key function is "Search by answers to questions". Custom forms allow us to identify applicants that meet specific criteria - we need to be able to select a particular cohort of applicants that are identified by their application responses. Once they are identified you can start to use the new Search within resume. Without Search by answers to application forms you are hobbling the platform's ability to identify applicants that meet your search criteria. |
On behalf of another client -
The customer will be using Job Specific Questions quite a lot and want to search on them without having to switch back and forth between manage applications and APB, unfortunately they are going to have to switch back and forth because they are also extensively using Interview Guides which creates quite a poor user experience.
On behalf of a client -
The customer does not want to recreate categories year on year to keep each set of interns or registrars preferred locations up to date.
Search by answers to questions allows them to do a search on the question and bulk apply based on the response.
The profile question doesn't suit as not all location host all roles that recruited for.
