When an applicant searches on an employer name that is not found, it would be nice for a large button to appear in the selection box for them to click to use the name they entered in the search. Applicants with less computer skills miss the current check box at the bottom of the page and that causes problems with the background check integration.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Applicants quite often leave the Organization Name blank because it is too complicated for them to figure out how to select a non-found employer. |
Either this option or get away from a lookup altogether and make it a free form field that is more internationally friendly.
