What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
In the Job Card, the buttons "Save" and "Save & Exit" are actually "Submit". There is a "Save as draft" button, so it would be much more intuitive to change the "Save" button to "Submit", and the "Save & Exit" button to "Submit and Exit".

    talk to CSM - Do a language over-ride - relabel it "Save" as "Temporary Save" - or some other words.

    Save gives you 20 minutes and also identifies mandatory fields that still need doing

    Personally - I want an autosave like MS Officer has

    Abosultely, save does not mean submit and I am dealing with school principals - the definition is important
