What business value are you trying to achieve?
Requiring and approval path to be selected prior to an offer card being submitted is CRITICAL. I can't believe an offer card can be submitted with an approval path being selected. We have managers who press submit but their position is never filled in HR because we don't get a notification that the offer is outstanding. HUGE HUGE HUGE problem! This needs to be addressed immediately!!!!!!

    We are delighted to let you know that you can now resend email reminders to offer approvers who have not responded to the approval request.

    This feature is already available in Beta and will soon be deployed to Live on 5th Feb 2025.
