Provide the ability to display/hide a specific number of referee fields (or make fields mandatory versus optional) based on the response to a previous question on the application form.
For example, suppose an applicant has to choose Option A or Option B in response to Question 1. We are interested in a method for implementing the following type of logic:
If the applicant selects Option A, display the referee fields and require the applicant to provide at least three references.
If the applicant selects Option B, do not display any referee fields, or make them optional fields.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
References may be collected for different applicants at different points of the recruitment process. If an applicant's references will not be requested until much later in the process, we do not want to require the applicant to provide referee information on the application form. To that end, the ability to display the referee fields conditionally (e.g., based on answers to other questions on the application form) would be very helpful! |
