If an applicant is Undisclosed - provide a prompt that an applicant(s) is undisclosed and that no email can be sent. ideally list the affected applicants, even more ideally any attempt to communicate should Disclose the application and tell the User that applicant(s) have been disclosed - possibly even listing them.
