What business value are you trying to achieve?
The recruiters work from the recruiter dashboard most of the time. Now that the reporting to field is added to the requisition to be displayed on the recruiter dashboard, the recruiters would like to sort the dashboard by Hiring Manager that may be listed in the reporting to field. |
