What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
The desire is to send a link based on a search of all learning activities to a group. For example, a supervisor might ask for courses on a specific topic, like customer service, and being able to send all the courses versus one link is a better and more efficient service for the end user. It also allows us with multiple learning systems, to have a landing page without having another database. |
