Adding Search Keyword in URL (Learning)

For an example, Goggle's search looks like: https://www.google.com/search?q=professional+development&rlz=1C1GTPM_enUS1006US1007&oq=professional+development&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i271l2j69i60j69i65l3j69i60.3115j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 in the URL. I can share that. I am looking for more than: company.pageuppeople.com/learning/ when I search

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

The desire is to send a link based on a search of all learning activities to a group. For example, a supervisor might ask for courses on a specific topic, like customer service, and being able to send all the courses versus one link is a better and more efficient service for the end user. It also allows us with multiple learning systems, to have a landing page without having another database.
